1. Introduction and concepts
1.1. Teresa Kščanovič, certificate of individual activity no. 1257113, which administers the electronic store www.madosritmas.lt, declares that the privacy of each person is important and undertakes to protect it. This document covers the privacy policy applied by the Seller (hereinafter - Privacy Policy). They are valid for all offered products, services and persons visiting this Store.

1.3. These Privacy Provisions cover all and any actions of a person visiting the Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor") that he may perform in the Store, including, but not limited to, using the opportunity to purchase goods, reading published information, writing reviews and comments, any type of information and ( ar) submission and receipt of data.
1.4. The terms used in the Privacy Provisions correspond to the terms defined in the Rules and their meaning, except for cases where certain terms are separately defined in these Privacy Provisions.
1.5. By using the Store, the Visitor accepts these Privacy Regulations without reservations and restrictions. If the Visitor does not agree with these Privacy Policy, he has no right to use the Store and should leave it immediately.
1.6. The Visitor confirms and declares that he gives the Seller the right to collect, accumulate, systematize, use and process all and any personal data that the Visitor provides to the Seller while visiting the Store.
1.7. With the consent of the visitor, his personal data can also be used for the purpose of direct marketing. The visitor has the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing offers to the e-mail address provided by him at any time, free of charge. The Visitor must notify the Seller clearly and comprehensibly by e-mail about the refusal to receive direct marketing offers.
1.8. A cookie is a small file that is sent to the device when any person visits madosritmas.lt. This concept includes not only cookies, but also the use of similar tools.
2. Information collected by the seller
2.1. When using the Store, the Visitor can register if:
2.1.1. See the status of your order and follow its progress.
2.1.2. See your order history and use the memo.
2.1.3. It is easier to purchase goods, because you will no longer need to fill in personal information every time you buy.
2.2. Personal data. This is any information related to a natural person - the data subject. The seller can receive personal data:
2.2.1. During registration: when the Visitor registers in the Store. The visitor voluntarily submits the information required during Registration
2.2.2. During the purchase of the product, when the Visitor must provide information that is necessary for the delivery of the product and to fulfill other contractual obligations.
3. Purposes of collecting and processing personal data information
3.1. The Seller has the right to use and process all accumulated information about the Visitor at its own discretion, comprehensively and in any way not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. The seller collects, stores, organizes, uses and processes personal data in order to:
3.2.1. Could deliver the Goods to the contacts specified by the Buyer.
3.2.2. The seller could monitor the service provision process, control it, and improve it.
3.2.3. Could contact the Visitor due to any ambiguities or other unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary to contact the Visitor.
4. Persons receiving information
4.1. The information provided by the Visitor during registration, as well as any other information that becomes available to the Seller while the Visitor is using the Store, is collected and stored only by the Seller. This information may be transferred to a third party only in one of the following cases:
4.1.1. Parcel delivery service, which will need your data when delivering goods.
5. Changing Visitor Information
5.1. The visitor can, and in the cases specified in the Rules, must supplement and/or change his Login data, if they change. Login data can be changed according to the procedure and methods specified by the Store.
6. Information protection measures
6.1. The seller uses software and other means aimed at protecting the Login data of all Visitors. Only authorized employees of the Seller can access the Visitor's login data.
6.2. The visitor is responsible for the confidentiality of all login data.
6.3. The Seller encrypts the information transmitted by the Visitor with a 128-bit long key using the Comodo SSL certificate. In this way, the data transmitted by the Visitor is encrypted and transmitted to outsiders in an unreadable manner.
7. Term of storage of personal data and anonymous information
7.1. The data of registered Visitors or concluded contracts concluded between the Buyer and the seller are stored until the Visitor cancels his registration in the Store or up to 6 months after the order is fulfilled.
7.2. In case of cancellation of the store, all collected data of Visitors is irretrievably destroyed.
7.3. The data of non-registered Visitors is not stored and after delivery of the goods, all data of such Visitors is irreversibly deleted.
